How to un-forward Your Office Phone with Avaya IX Workplace

Abstract:

This article explains how to turn off call forwarding in Avaya IX Workplace. When your office phone is forwarded, your profile picture icon will display a blue arrow.

Instructions:

  1. Check Profile Icon:
    Your profile picture icon will have a blue arrow indicating that your office phone has been forwarded. Click your profile picture.

  2. Turn Off Forwarding:
    Toggle the Forward Calls button to turn it off.

  3. Exit to Main Menu:
    Click Done to exit and return to the Avaya IX Workplace main menu.
