How to enter a virtual line from a Kiosk
Here's how to join from one of our conveniently placed walk-up Kiosks. (Joining online instead? Click here to get started.)
1. Using the on-screen keyboard, enter your first name, last name and cell phone number, then click Next.
2. Select the line you want to join, then click Next.
3. Once you select your line, you may see a list of additional service choices. Check the one that best fits your reason for your visit, then click Next.
4. Once you have entered a line you will receive a text with your estimated wait time.
