How to Report a Suspicious Email Using Phish Alert

Abstract:

This article explains how to report a suspicious email in the Outlook application using the Phish Alert button. The button may appear in different locations within Outlook.

Instructions:

1. Locate the Phish Alert Button:
   In the Outlook application, click the Phish Alert button.
   (The button can appear in multiple locations. Do not click the Phish Alert button in the heading of an email.)

2. Confirm Reporting:
   Verify that you want to report the email by clicking Phish Alert.
