This guide outlines two methods for resetting your TSC password. For tips on creating a strong password, see: How to Create a Secure Passphrase
Method One: Virtual Agent
- Visit the TSC IT website
- Click the Virtual Agent in the bottom-right corner.
- Select Password Reset.
- Follow the prompts until you see confirmation that your password has been reset.
Method Two: Self Service Password Reset Tool
- Visit: passwordreset.tsc.fl.edu
- Type your TSC Email Address and follow the prompts until you see confirmation that your password has been reset.
• Select I forgot my password to reset your password.
• Select I know my password, but still can’t sign in to unlock your account without changing your password.
