Connect to ScreenBeam from macOS

Abstract:

This article explains how to connect a macOS device to a ScreenBeam receiver for wireless display. ScreenBeam modernizes classrooms and meeting spaces by enabling presenters to share content wirelessly from anywhere in the room.


Instructions:

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi:
    Ensure your device is connected to one of the following networks:

    • TSC_WiFi
    • TSC_Guest
    • TSC_Event

  2. Open Screen Mirroring Menu:
    On the Menu bar, click the Screen Mirroring icon (a small square with a triangle at the bottom). A menu will appear with a list of available receivers.

  3. Select ScreenBeam Receiver:
    Find your ScreenBeam Receiver name (the same name shown on the “Ready to connect” screen on the destination monitor) and click to connect.

  4. Enter PIN:
    Enter the PIN number displayed on the “Ready to connect” screen.
