How to place a phone call using Avaya IX Workplace for iOS and Android

This article explains how to place a phone call using Avaya IX Workplace on iOS and Android devices.

Instructions:

1. Tap the Dial Pad:
   Open the app and tap the Dial pad.

2. Dial the Number:
   Enter the phone number and tap the phone icon to start the call.

3. End the Call:
   When finished, tap the End Call button.
