How to place a phone call using Avaya IX Workplace for Windows & macOS

Abstract:

This article explains how to place a phone call using Avaya IX Workplace on Windows and macOS devices.

Instructions:

1. Click the Dial Pad:
   Open the app and click the Dial pad.

2. Dial the Number:
   Enter the phone number and click the phone icon to start the call.

3. End the Call:
   When finished, click the End Call button.
