Current students, faculty, and staff can register personal devices for WiFi access, even if they don’t support authentication with a username and password. This article provides instructions on how to register personal devices such as Xbox, Roku, Apple TV, Google Chromecast, and more to access the TSC_IOT WiFi network. This registration should be performed using the username and password of the person who owns the device.
Prior to beginning the registration process, you will need your device’s wireless MAC address. A wireless MAC address is a 12-digit alphanumeric code unique to each wireless device, for example, 00:1B:44:11:3A:B7.
NOTE: Do NOT register laptops, tablets, or smartphones to connect to the TSC_IOT WiFi network. Laptops, tablets, and smartphones should connect to the TSC_WiFi network using your username and password.
