Connecting to TSC_WiFi using Windows 11

TSC_WiFi Access Timeline for Students

• Students registered for classes will receive access to the TSC_WiFi network 14 days before the first day of class.
• Access will be removed 7 days after the semester ends.
• If a student registers within 14 days of the first day of class, access will be granted the following day.

How to Connect to TSC_WiFi on Windows 11

1. Open the Start Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the Network & Internet option (next to WIndows Update at the top right).
4. Choose Wi-Fi.
5. Click Show available networks.
6. Select TSC_WiFi from the list.
7. You may check or uncheck Connect automatically depending on your preference.
8. Click Connect.
9. Enter your TSC username (this is the first part of your TSC email address) and TSC password, then click OK.
   • Important: Do not select “Use my Windows user account.”
10. When prompted with “Continue Connecting?”, click Connect.

Troubleshooting

If you're unable to connect, try forgetting the TSC networks before you try to connect again:

1. Open the Start Menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the Network & Internet option (next to Windows Update at the top right).
4. Select Wi-Fi.
5. Click Manage known networks.
6. Find the network name and click Forget.
7. Repeat this process for any other known TSC networks.
