Avaya IX Workplace is a software application (softphone) that runs on your computer or mobile device that can augment your desktop phone or replace it completely. The software application is a great way to take your phone with you as you travel around campus.
Get the Avaya IX Workplace mobile app: Google Play.
Open and configure the Avaya IX Workplace App.
1. Accept the EULA (End User License Agreement)
2. Select the option to "Configure my Account"
3. Enter your TSC email address
4. Enter your TSC email address and password; then click next
5. Click "OK" after reading the "Disclaimer for Emergency Calls"
6. Complete the Quick Tutorial
