Getting Started with Avaya IX Workplace on Android

Abstract:
This article explains how to install and configure the Avaya IX Workplace mobile application on an Android device. The app allows you to use your TSC phone services on the go.

Instructions

1. Download the App:
   Get the Avaya IX Workplace mobile app from Google Play.

2. Open the App and Accept the EULA:
   Launch the app and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Configure Your Account:
   Select the option “Configure my Account.”

4. Enter Your Email Address:
   Provide your TSC email address.

5. Enter Credentials:
   Enter your TSC email address and password, then click Next.

6. Acknowledge Emergency Disclaimer:
   Read the Disclaimer for Emergency Calls and click OK.

7. Complete the Quick Tutorial:
   Follow the on-screen tutorial to finish setup.
