This article answers questions about how to update or change settings for Self Service Password Reset.
1. From a browser naviagate to https://myprofile.microsoft.com/ and sign into your Myprofile account.
2. On the MyProfile page:
a. Select Security info from the left navigation pane
To change your Email select Change next to Email. To change your Security questions select Delete next to Security questions then select Add method to add security questions.
