Sync SharePoint files

To sync your Department SharePoint files do the following

Note: This assumes you have set up your OneDrive for Business to sync to your computer.

  1. Navigate to  your Department drive SharePoint.tsc.fl.edu
  2. In the SharePoint dialog box
    1. Click Sync


  1. In the Launch Application dialog box
    1. Check Remember my choice...
    2. Click Open link


  1. In the Sync your OneDrive files to this PC dialog box
    1. Uncheck the Sync all files and folders in Information Technology Files – Departmental Docs
    2. Check the Files/Folders you want to Sync
      1. IMPORTANT: Only sync the files/folders you use often
    3. Click Start sync


  1. You may see a similar message similar to the one below


  1. If you are syncing a large number of files is may take some time to complete
