New, returning or transfer students who answered "yes" to having a criminal and/or disciplinary background on the TSC Admission application, will have a disciplinary hold placed on their Workday account. Student should complete the Disclosure Form which can be accessed on our website at: Office of Student Conduct. Staff will review the circumstances and depending on the situation, they will contact the student with next steps. Or, staff may remove the hold and no further action is required.
