Students who want to change from one program of study (at TSC) to a different program should complete the “Update Form.”
This form authorizes the Admissions & Records office to make the requested change.
The Update Form can be found on our main website under Admissions & Records forms:
1. Visit https://www.tsc.fl.edu/admissions/forms/
2. Select “Update Form” toward the bottom of the page
3. Autofill the red boxes with your personal and contact information
4. Under “Desired Action” select Change Program
5. Select the program from the list that you wish to change to and submit the form electronically
6. Forms will be reviewed and updated within 72 business hours
