How do I order an official transcript?

We have partnered with Parchment to provide online official transcript ordering services.  Orders should be placed online 24 hours a day/7 days a week with Parchment customer service provided Monday through Friday, 8 AM–8 PM EST.

TSC does not charge for transcripts; however, Parchment assesses a small processing fee per transcript order being delivered electronically. Transcripts delivered via first class U.S. Mail incur a slightly higher charge.  There are additional charges for transcripts delivered via other domestic or international rush delivery options.

Students that are active in Workday can request a copy of their unofficial transcript from their Workday student account: 

  1. Log into Workday
  2. Click Academics and Advising Hub from the menu in the left corner
  3. Locate suggested links on the left side
  4. Click the link to "General Unofficial Transcript"
  5. Click confirm and OK on the next screen.
  6. Once it is generated you will be notified and will need to review the pdf that will be linked in your in box in the upper right corner

    Note: No official transcript requests should be submitted to TSC. TSC does not charge a transcript fee and NO cash, check, or money orders should be sent to TSC.
