- Complete VA Form 22-1990 (Application for Education Benefits) online at VA.gov.
- Submit transcripts including JST, College of the Air Force Transcripts and enrollment information to TSC’s VA Certifying Official.
- The school will certify your enrollment to VA for benefits.
