Can my financial aid transfer from Tallahassee State College to a new college/university?

TSC students transferring to another institution/school, who wish to receive Financial Aid at their new school, should complete the following steps:

  • Visit studentaid.gov to remove TSC from your FAFSA form and ADD your new school.
     
  • If you are a Bright Futures recipient, be sure to visit the Bright Futures website to list your new school as your post-secondary institution.
     
  • If you are a FL Prepaid recipient, be sure to contact Florida Prepaid to inform them of the change in institutions.
     
  • If you have been awarded aid at TSC for a semester that you will not be attending, email FINAID@TSC.FL.EDU to request a cancellation of your Financial Aid. Be sure to include your TSC student ID number.
