Connect to ScreenBeam from iOS

Abstract:

This article explains how to connect an iOS device to a ScreenBeam receiver for wireless display. ScreenBeam modernizes classrooms and meeting spaces by enabling presenters to share content wirelessly from anywhere in the room.

Instructions:

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi:
    Ensure your device is connected to one of the following networks:

    • TSC_WiFi
    • TSC_Guest
    • TSC_Event

  2. Open Control Center:
    Swipe down from the top-right corner of your iOS device screen to open Control Center, then tap the Screen Mirroring button.

  3. Select ScreenBeam Receiver:
    A list of receivers will appear. Find your ScreenBeam Receiver name (the same name shown on the “Ready to connect” screen on the destination monitor). Tap the receiver name to connect.

  4. Enter PIN:
    Enter the PIN number displayed on the “Ready to connect” screen on the destination monitor, then click OK.
