Sign in to your Zoom web portal

In the left navigation menu, click
Recordings & Transcripts
.
You will see a list of cloud recordings that you started and have finished processing.
Adjust the date range and status, then search by host, meeting ID, topic, or keyword.
Find the cloud recording you want to download or delete:
To download:
Click
More
.
Select
Download
.
To delete:
Click
More
.
Select
Delete
.
In the
Confirmation
pop-up window, click
Yes.
