How much of my tuition will my Bright Futures scholarship cover?

  • The Florida Bright Futures Academic Scholarship (100% award) pays $100.83 per credit hour.
  • The Florida Bright Futures Medallion Scholarship (100% award) pays $100.83 per credit hour if the student is enrolled in a 2-year program (AA or AS degree). 
  • If the student enrolls in a Bachelor’s degree, the program award for the Medallion Scholarship changes to a 75% award which pays $75.62 per credit hour.
  • Additional fees outside of tuition may not be covered by Bright Futures.
