How to Personalize Audio settings in Avaya IX Workplace for Windows 10 & macOS

This article explains how to personalize audio settings in Avaya IX Workplace on Windows 10 and macOS. You can select and adjust your microphone, audio source, and ringer settings.

Instructions:

  1. Open Audio Settings:
    Click the Manage Audio and Video Devices button in the lower-right corner of the Avaya IX Workplace window.

  2. Select Microphone:
    Click the Microphone Drop-Down menu and choose your preferred device.

  3. Adjust Microphone Level:
    Slide the microphone level slider from side to side to adjust the volume.

  4. Select Audio Source:
    Click the Audio Source Drop-Down menu and choose your preferred device.

  5. Adjust Audio Source Level:
    Slide the audio source level slider from side to side.

  6. Select Ringer:
    Click the Ringer Drop-Down menu and choose your preferred device.

  7. Adjust Ringer Volume:
    Slide the ringer volume slider from side to side.
