How to Set up a Bookings Page

1. Navigate to https://outlook.office.com/bookings/onboarding

2. To create a bookings page, click Get it now

3. On the Choose a calendar menu, click Add a booking calendar

4. On the Welcome to Bookings Page, fill in the following information:

a. Enter your New Bookings Page

b. Enter a description

c. Click Continue

5. Once your Bookings page has been created, you will receive a confirmation email and be taken to your new Bookings home page.

It will look similar to the following page:

 

 

6. To add a logo to your Bookings page:

a. Click Add Logo

b. Click Upload New logo

7. A new window will open for you to load the image. Browse to the image that you want to upload, click on the image to select, then click Open

8. You will be prompted to choose a background color. Click Save

9. To add a Service, on the Bookings page, Click Services, then click + Add a service

10. On the Service details page, you will enter the service details about your services:

a. You can add/remove new services you create, get a URL to share specifically for the service you want.

b. Set the duration, add online meeting (Teams), buffer time before and after appointments, set the number of attendees, add custom fields to answer questions or get information from the customer so you and your staff have information before the meeting occurs.

c. Set a scheduling policy, publishing options, email notifications, set staff availability, set staff availability for each service.

 

Staffing your Bookings:

1. On the Bookings page, click Staff, then click + Add staff

2. On the Staff details page, you can add members, customize colors, set availability and manage their roles. Roles can be guest, viewer, or administrator.

 

Adding Customers to your Bookings Page:

1. On the Bookings page, Click Customers, click +New, then fill in details on the Add Contact page

2. You also have the option to import customers.. To do this, click Customers, click Import customers. On the Upload your CSV file menu, click Browse. Once you have found the correct file, then click Import

Publish your Bookings Page:

1. To make your page available to customers, click Booking page, click Save and Publish

2. Click Open Published page to open Bookings page. You will be able to make an appointment to ensure that your customers will be able to do so.

3. Click Calendar

Note: You can add a new booking, Select Time off, print/view Calendar

4. On the Bookings page, you can find shortcuts to add Staff, Customers, links for how-to information such as adding buffer time and many other features such as the bookings Mobile app
