Abstract:
This article explains how to install and configure the Avaya IX Workplace application on a Windows device. The app allows you to use your TSC phone services on your computer.
Instructions:
Install the Application

Get the Windows App:
Download the Avaya IX Workplace application for Windows 10.

Navigate to the Installation File:
Locate the downloaded installation file.

Double-Click the Installation File:
Open the installer by double-clicking the file.

Click Next:
Begin the installation process.

Accept the EULA:
Read and accept the End User License Agreement (EULA), then click Next.

Click Next:
Continue through the setup screens.

Click Next Again:
Proceed to the next step.

Choose Language:
Select your preferred language and click Next.

Click Install:
Start the installation (requires local Administrator privileges).

Click Finish:
Complete the installation process.
Configure the Application

Click Configure My Account:
Open the app and select Configure my account.

Enter Your Email Address:
Provide your TSC email address.

Enter Credentials:
Enter your TSC email address and password.

Complete the Quick Tutorial:
Follow the on-screen tutorial to finish setup.
